Can I import my existing documents?
Yes. We bring in your files from your shared folders, together with you, into a clear folder tree before go-live.
Who can see a document?
Access is set per folder and per owner. You can keep private folders, for example for personnel files.
Does the electronic signature have legal value?
It lets you have documents approved online and follow their status. If you need a signature with reinforced legal value, we discuss it together during scoping.
Is document management linked to the other solutions?
Yes, it is part of the same tool as your sales, purchasing, stock and HR: your documents are in the same place, with the same users.
